- GOGod's OwnFeb 17, 20261.0Very Concerning Experience I rented a unit at this location and recently discovered that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a red lock. After asking staff to open the unit, I found that several suitcases had been emptied and bags containing clothes, shoes, and other valuables (worth over $50,000) were missing. Staff were unable to provide clear answers and advised me to file a police report and an insurance claim, if applicable. I was later told that there had been multiple break-ins in recent weeks, that there is no overnight security patrol, and that camera coverage is limited. I am still waiting for clarification regarding when this occurred (specific dates), why I was not notified (you have my email and phone number), who authorized access to my unit to place the red lock, why the manager stated that a police report had been filed for this incident (only for me to later discover that none had been filed), and why there was a sudden change of manager and other staff members after the incident. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend carefully evaluating the security measures at this location before storing valuable items and checking your unit regularly.
