  I can't say enough great things about my recent purchase and installation at Albee's Appliances on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. This place truly stands out as having the best prices and top-tier service in town! Savino in sales was incredible from the moment I walked in—super knowledgeable, friendly, no high-pressure tactics, and he hunted down the absolute best deals on exactly what I needed. He explained everything clearly, helped me compare options, and made sure I left feeling confident and excited about my choices. Hands down one of the best salespeople I've ever dealt with! Then came the installation, and wow—Gary and Erick (along with their team) knocked it out of the park! They showed up right on time, were extremely polite and professional from start to finish. They worked quickly but carefully, handling heavy appliances with ease, protecting my floors, and making sure every connection was perfect—no leaks, no issues, everything leveled and running smoothly. What really impressed me was how thorough they were: they double-checked all the hookups, tested everything multiple times, cleaned up every bit of packaging and debris (spotless when they left!), and even gave me helpful tips on maintenance and optimal use of the new units. They went above and beyond, answering all my questions patiently and with genuine enthusiasm. No rushing, no cutting corners—just outstanding craftsmanship and great attitudes. The whole process—from sales to delivery to install—was seamless, fast, and stress-free. Huge in-stock selection, competitive pricing that beat the big chains, quick turnaround, and a team that actually cares about doing things right. Gary and Erick are true pros and a big reason this was such a positive experience—if you get them for your install, you're in excellent hands!   I’ve used this company multiple times over the years. I would say they completely screw up at least half of the time they will install an electrical range when I ask for gas they won’t know how to do an install installation. A appliance will fail and they won’t offer the warranty honestly, I’ve had probably the worst experience with any vendor with this vendor, and I work in property management and work with a wide variety of vendors. I don’t know why I keep giving him more chances. Also, very rude people.

  I just called 2 minutes ago to ask if they had a person that does repairs on appliances, the guy on the phone said no I believe and just hung up in my face. I didn't get a chance to ask any additional questions. Very rude I will not be buying any thing from them.
