    I have been a customer of Albee's for many years, but most recently, they did not delivery on the date and time as promised. When I called, they had forgotten about the delivery. We eventually received the stove for the tenant, days later and installed by a Albee's representative. And now after a few weeks, the new stove is malfunctioning and you can smell gas. Albee's was notified of the problem, but up to this day, has not resolved the problem nor provided a plan to resolve it, even when they promised to get back to me. Albee's, you should put yourself in the shoes of your customers, only then, will you understand what you are doing wrong.

    They are the worse! Delivered my appliances to the wrong house n left them outside. They told me they would be delivered Monday n they didn’t arrive til Tuesday THE NEXT WEEK. They never call back when they say. Terrible service, prices are not the greatest either

    I love this place. They have great service. Excellent pricing. I've bought many appliances over the years from them. Try them. I've always spoke to Frank. Wonderful place. Try them. I think you will be pleased as well.

    Amazing service from beginning to end. I used google maps to look for appliance stores near me and found this gem. They have a pretty large selection of appliances. I was looking double oven for my new place. Savino was so nice showing me where the prices where located and inquiring about exactly I wanted. I wanted stainless steel. He showed me several choices and gave me a quote for delivery, labor, and removal of oven. I left a small deposit and we set up the date and time. Gary was very professional and courteous and got everything done in exceptional time. You need more service tech’s like him and his associate that delivered the new oven are top notch. I really appreciate someone that cares about his work and gets things done well and in a timely fashion.
