SiteOne is awesome! They have a great Design Center that offers stone, pavers and tile for homeowners to see and purchase. Wendy and Carl will help homeowners to select and recommend contractors to help with their project. The counter help where homeowners can purchase pebbles, flagstone and landscape materials are quick and accommodating. Everyone is knowledgeable and the store is well stocked.it is also contractor friendly and they do deliver.

This company may have great prices but they have horrible customer service and the owners do not care when they make mistakes. My client ordered nearly $3000 in material from them and set up a delivery between 9 and 10am for which they were over 30min late. They started to dump the material when I realized it was the wrong material and told the driver to stop.
I had to shovel the material back into the truck. The driver left and came back over 3 hours later with the correct stuff. We asked him when he was done to bring more dirt to which he said he would be back asap. He never showed after taking payment for the addition material and their office called 5min before they closed to say see you tomorrow.
The next day they were 15 min late so I called to see where the driver was. I was cussed out but the owner and his wife for calling to lodge a complaint about their service. All the while I was being cussed out the owner kept telling my how great his service was. Funny thing to say when your cussing your customers out for a mistake you made that cost my client over $600 to fix.
After I told him I was calling the credit card company to file a charge back he called my client and told him I was the one cussing and that they wouldn't deliver unless I left the job site because he was afraid of me. So being the bigger person I am I left so my client could get the material he paid for. I had shopping to do anyway so it wasn't a big deal to me. Bottom line is the company has good prices but horrible customer service. They care nothing about their customers. I would recommend you get tour material elsewhere.

When ordering online, select a SiteOne branch location for Pick Up. You’ll get an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, and an Order Ready notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

SiteOne offers local delivery on most orders within 60 miles of the branch. A delivery charge may apply
What if I need to return an item that I ordered?
