- ARAlex RamirezAug 2, 20212.0Machine is super convenient, no doubt! However, the dispensing ramp jammed our key, and it took a lot of effort from 3 employees to dislodge it. Their comment was that it is not the first time it happens. We tried shaking the machine at no avail, until one of the employees actually brought some wire and a magnet...long story, but it took a good 20 minutes to get it. They even offered to cut a new one at their machine, bit they were out of stock on the specific key... Kudos to the employees there. Nice customer service. Please fix your machine
