The facility was clean, the elevator was very large, and I appreciated the higher loading dock to pack things in and out of my truck. I highly recommend this facility if you need storage.

- KSKim SingDec 16, 20254.0Convenient, large storage facility with long access hours. Kirsten is great, professional and friendly and I would give her 5 stars for great customer care. They have a big freight elevator that is easy to use. There isn't lighting in the storage unit itself, only motion activated lights in the walkway so a flashlight is helpful. I didn't feel comfortable visiting the unit on my own so that's the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, all of our items were safely stored there for a few months and the unit was clean.
