My unit is up an elevator, down 3 rows and across to the outside wall. I'm glad that I didn't have to go searching for carts, because I had about 6 or 7 loads to get busy on.
- JVjames valrieApr 9, 20261.0Paid over the phone also purchased a lock when I got there I had no lock when I went to the office to try and get it I was talked to very rudely told to go away n then after saying my lock was never placed in my storage I was told I would have to repay for a lock that I already paid for and should have been in my storage like they said it would be very unprofessional visit

There is only one thing that needs improvement the elevator goes out to often and that is the only way to get to second floor so I've had to wait for the elevator to fix itself good thing is it only takes a few minutes. Super costumer service Roman very nice guy answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge about the storage facility
