- TMtomsup maqApr 22, 20261.0this review is for their appliances, they don't tell you only have 48hrs to return and won't make any exception with trash washer I got stuck with. horrible experience and stuck with a crappy GE GTD48EASWWB with flimsy tub that bangs to body, can't even do one blanket or towels after precise suggested foot adjustments

And I was helped by Cody specifically , he took his time to look at what I was looking for found out that it's pretty much a non existing part , except for in a huge kit at 50$.They just so happy to be an open kit with the two parts I needed and lucky for me he was understanding and let me get them both for 5 bucks to help me on my way. Being human counts, especially when you're showing humanity and compassion to somebody else who's also human.Thanks guys, ty personally Cody. You a real one.
- LGLouis GrayApr 13, 20262.0My wife and I shop here all the time, I'm an electrical contractor, my company buys material from lowes multiple times a week ... but the one thing that frustrates me is when I asked for an item and they tell me its down an isle but it's on the top shelf... and i said ok. But they said its "top stock" so instead of getting somebody to get the forklift and grab it for me they asked me how many I wanted but by that point I could tell they just are lazy and don't want to work.. honestly frustrates me and my wife. So instead I went to home depot
- RGRonnie GonzalezApr 4, 20261.0I was always a bigger fan of Lowe's over Home Depot but not anymore. 1st, I purchased some bags of pebbles for Curbside pick-up (they are heavy bags) and a girl and guy came out to load my items. The guy scanned my barcode while the girl loaded. He did not help lift 1 bag and I had to get out and help the girl..she was very nice and loved her job but still. Fast forward, this morning I ordered a few more additional bags for home delivery and they use a 3rd party company however it was an elderly lady and her husband who seemed to be struggling lifting the heavy bags of pebble. The fact that they would allow them to proceed with this delivery is disheartening. What has society came down too?? I will not shop her anymore.

From an U.S. Army Veteran, Let's start off by saying a huge THANK 😊 🙏🏼 YOU for supporting our Troops around the world 🌎 🌏 🌍. Lowe's of Lodi is an amazing Home 🏡 Improvement Store that provides alot of service's of needed which are Lowe’s offers: Comprehensive home improvement services, including professional installation for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors, and fencing. They provide in-store services like pipe threading, key cutting, and lumber cutting, plus appliance installation and haul-away. Specialized services include water treatment, HVAC installation, and dedicated support for professionals through Lowe’s Pro. There customer service as well are amazing & very helpful. I will say though you might have to wait ✋🏽 for a few minute's of you need something from an area that is either locked 🔒 up or paint 🎨 service's plus other locations throughout the store. Just remember to try & not get frustrated about the wait ✋. And O know it's hard to do, because everything is such a fast environment anymore, so just have some patients & kindness 😊. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
