Your company should give her a raise. She excels in customer service, which is rare these days! Although, the company storage rental rates are not great. Also, the company policy of raising storage rental rates without any cap is extremely concerning. The majority of customers are on a budget and expect to pay a locked in rate. Increasing a customer’s monthly storage fee without any cap is a terrible concept for keeping long term or returning customers.
