Title: Absolute worst Lowe’s experience – zero accountability.
This is by far the worst Lowe’s store I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for same-day delivery, and the item was delayed for over a week with zero updates or information provided. To make matters worse, the app/website gives you no option to cancel once it's in this "limbo" state.
I called the store and was left on hold for an hour. When a customer service representative finally answered, she didn’t help at all—she just put me back on hold and transferred me without any explanation. I then waited another 30 minutes for the fulfillment department.
When the "fulfillment manager" finally picked up, her response was dismissive. She claimed she couldn’t do anything and told me I had to contact a 3rd party delivery partner myself. I ordered directly from Lowe’s for store delivery; I shouldn't have to hunt down their private contractors to find my items. After she searched through her emails, she just gave me another number to call to explain the situation all over again.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this location if you actually want your items delivered.

Need a lockable gate latch, store is empty, ask a worker lady clearly chatting with her buddy.
And she acts like she was too busy and trying to send me back to where I came from .....
So I left and went to home depot!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
