I didn’t pay for the upgrade and my keys didn’t work. To me, the upgrade is essential and shouldn’t be charged. If you go to a key place, you expect the keys will work. It’s not an upgrade if your keys are unusable without it. I like the convenience of this service, but feel the service needs work. Be careful.
