  I never get a time when the technician is coming and they just randomly send me a date without confirming with me if I’ll be home. The technician never does what I request when they are here. At My last appointment which was yesterday, the tech only sprayed my front and a little of my back yard. I requested my house and garage to be sprayed and fly treatment and flea treatment, front and back and garage, besides the bugs. Nothing else was done and the tech just left and texted me pictures of my front yard. He didn’t even complete my request. I had to stay home all day because I never received a time frame to which they would be arriving. I had to wait for a text from the tech when he was about an hour out from my house. Basically I could do exactly the same spraying that the tech has been doing to my home all these months for a way better price and treat all the areas I need treated. But if I cancel my contract with Aptive, I will be charged an extra $200 just to cancel before 18 Mo rugs which I didn’t know. The salesperson told me sure I can cancel anytime but didn’t mention the penalty I would be paying. And to top it all off, the treatment used, doesn’t keep any bugs away. I still have water bugs, earwigs, spiders and fleas coming in my house in a daily along with flies at both my front door and back door. Very disappointed in the communication, the service and the treatment itself. The technician didn’t do anything I asked of him when he texted me about arriving within an hour sometime. So I gave him notice of what I needed done. He sprayed, really quickly, a scant outline of my front yard and a little of my backyard. That was it. Not worth the money to me at all.

  En realidad muy mala experiencia! Quedamos a una hora y a la hora que llegaron no había nadie en la vivienda! Y solamente sortearon enfrente de la casa! Y me dice el técnico que la próxima cita sería el próximo mes! El precio se me hace tan excesivo para que no hayan esperado a que hubiera alguien! Por eso se establece un horario! Temo que cancelaré mi contrato

  Service Technician, Dave, provided excellent service of: brushing away cobwebs from the exterior of the house & patio, applying granular & spray pesticides & documenting various areas with pictures. I appreciate his attention to details & quick communication responses when I had questions.i’m thoroughly satisfied with his service.

  The service provider let me know when he was close to arriving. They asked permission about where to park (I said driveway was fine.) They gave me a detailed account of what they did to treat my yards for pests, as well as a caution to allow treatments to dry before interacting with surfaces. They were friendly and efficient.

  Scheduled Aptive service was performed April 10, but did not get a courtesy advance phone call for time of day on April 10th. Usually I do get advance phone call. Therefore backyard was not completed. Aptive request I call for backyard Aptive service. Happy about that. Aptive initially provided “Catchmaster “mouse & insect glue traps Quantity 4 for my garage. Past 3-4 months technician seems not to stock them, or runs out of them by the time he gets to my house? Clarke pest control has come in with a lower monthly price of which I will be switching to.
