I was in looking for a dog door to install in a slider door for a client. It just so happened that the description of an item I had purchased was wrong on the lowe's website which led me to a purchase which I had to return. So on my return to find the correct item, I was reaching peak frustration with the labeling on the products. At that moment a helpful older gentleman in the door department came and asked to help. Since I had tracked down the model number of my needed dog door panel, he researched it in the system and found that in fact it was only available online. In the end, I did purchase from another source because of a great price difference, but i'm grateful for the confirmation that I was not in fact crazy for thinking the products were labeled wrong. I'm a twice a day lowe's shopper/ contractor.

not real impressed with lowes here.ordered a dishwasher feb 22 no one at store or distribution center can seem to find it..management not real helpful ..supposed to be delivered to store on 17th then pushed to 20th .here it is march 24, no call from mgt, no call from associates had to call corp just for them to say...one of the store mgrs posted in comments about it may be delayed to 31st or into april..but cant seem to notify me.got the ostrich effect of everyone burying their heads in the sand until i either wait this out or cancel the order, which is their way of fixing it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
