She even went out of her way to help us save money. Unfortunately, the return process was the opposite. The person handling the drop-off was rude and unwilling to answer simple questions. We were also charged $250 for damages that were not caused by us. This is unfair and feels like a rip-off. This location needs to improve its return process and ensure damage is documented properly to avoid incorrect charges.

I’ve never had any problems, other than a small rent increase every few years, to be expected as the cost of everything goes up. The place is well maintained and well lit at night. The staff has always been friendly.
