  This facility is top notch! The On-site manger Heather is wonderful very knowledgeable and helpful. I am confident that my belongings are in great hands! Love having the space to organize my holiday decor and outdoor equipment making my garage/ home free of clutter! 10/10 recommend!

  Best storage place in the 209. Heather and Matt are so amazing and helpful. I always feel welcome when I go here. Been a customer for many years. Would recommend to EVERYONE

  Regarding 15’ u haul truck- Pickup was great — the staff member was friendly and explained everything clearly. She even went out of her way to help us save money. Unfortunately, the return process was the opposite. The person handling the drop-off was rude and unwilling to answer simple questions. We were also charged $250 for damages that were not caused by us. This is unfair and feels like a rip-off. This location needs to improve its return process and ensure damage is documented properly to avoid incorrect charges.

  Senior discount is only for first 3 months. Rent raises once a year, 10-15% They do not offer insurance over $5k, you must got through some 3rd party insurance company for anything over $5k.
