Was when I was looking for a spot. Ive called 3 times in the last year. Twice for the same question. Once for a different topic. Everytime she answers. She states " when i get back to the office , ill look into it for you." Ive never gotten a call back. Ill More then likely be shopping around for a new storage facility now.
