I am having an ongoing issue with my refrigerator, which I purchased along with an extended warranty specifically to avoid problems like this. I contacted customer service for assistance, and while they did help schedule a service appointment, the issue itself has not yet been resolved. The appliance is not functioning as expected, and this has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering the cost of the refrigerator and the additional warranty coverage. Exceptional Service and a Stress-Free Experience at Lowe's
After months of "babying" our old washing machine, it finally gave up on us, leaving us in urgent need of a replacement. Before heading out, I spent time Googling different options across various retailers, but we ultimately decided that Lowe’s was the best place to go. We are frequent shoppers here and always appreciate the selection.
Upon arrival, we were assisted by Ricardo, who truly made the entire visit quick and easy. We had our hearts set on a Whirlpool because that is the brand I grew up with—it was a total workhorse that never quit, and we wanted that same reliability for our home.
Although the specific model we wanted wasn't currently in stock, Ricardo went above and beyond to help us. He personally called another local store to check their inventory, and even though they were sold out as well, he streamlined the ordering process for us. We were able to purchase the unit right then and there, and for less than $40, they are delivering it directly to our house in just two days!
The efficiency and professionalism we experienced today are exactly why we keep coming back. Good job, LOWE'S—we’ll definitely be back for our next project!

I've gone to this Lowe's for over 15 years and have never had an issue. My family and I have been loyal to Lowe's. However we had a horrible experience today. From the moment we walked up to customer service Sean, even and Melissa were cursing up a storm amongst each other and I believed it was a business and some what professional setting. Going on about having to come in early, work extra and complaining about customers. I've never heard such a thing and unprofessionalism. Melissa was univiting and rude from the beginning and as soon as we mentioned we had no receipt and needed help looking it up, it's almost as if she didn't want to help us. All while the 3 of them continued their side conversations as if there weren't customer ls there. Seems other stores may be the way to go from here on out. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
