  I'd been maintaining my pool myself for over 7 years with no issues but recently my pool was cloudy then greenish for the first time. I got my water tested at Leslie's and they told me exactly what the new problem was. They sold me the correct product and their further advice helped solved the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

  After a poor experience at the Mission Viejo store, I decided to diagnose the pool cleaner issue myself and go to this location to get the parts to fix it. They staff at this location listened to my concern and gave me most of the parts that I needed to repair my cleaner. They even offered to go to other stores and pick up the remaining parts. Unfortunately I had to return to Mission Viejo to get the wheel bearings to fix my issue. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to speak with the original person that helped me in Mission Viejo so I could express my disappointment that they didn’t listen to me the first visit. Pool cleaner is fixed now!
