  Arrived at 9:58 am, door were unlocked - entered the store and was told it opened at 10:00 - was told I had to step outside and Waite another 1minute and 35 seconds till the store opened . the sales person said “What do you want “ in a rude tone - never ever experienced such rude person - will never ever shop there again. His attitude was disgusting and showed no interest in helping - I WAS AN INTERRUPTION TO HIS MORNInG

  After a poor experience at the Mission Viejo store, I decided to diagnose the pool cleaner issue myself and go to this location to get the parts to fix it. They staff at this location listened to my concern and gave me most of the parts that I needed to repair my cleaner. They even offered to go to other stores and pick up the remaining parts. Unfortunately I had to return to Mission Viejo to get the wheel bearings to fix my issue. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to speak with the original person that helped me in Mission Viejo so I could express my disappointment that they didn’t listen to me the first visit. Pool cleaner is fixed now!
