Just brought in my Christmas light gutter holders unused in the box with full receipt . Yes I know it is passed Christmas but thet refused a refund. Just a heads up for everyone. Just because you have a receipt doesn't mean you will get your money back. At least at Lowes which was over priced anyway. UPDATE: Lowe's responded by saying they would look into this and I " should get in touch ". Then they add a generic 800 number ( no extention to talk to any management?)which i called and it is there basic phone recording. The bottom line is they are not looking into anything. There return post makes it sound like they will do something about my return to make them look good. Again, just because you have a valid receipt at Lowes doesn't mean they will return your money.
