Also, can't reach customer service due to AI trying to help me with products instead of connecting me to customer service after multiple tries!

Just a heads up for everyone. Just because you have a receipt doesn't mean you will get your money back. At least at Lowes which was over priced anyway. UPDATE: Lowe's responded by saying they would look into this and I " should get in touch ". Then they add a generic 800 number ( no extention to talk to any management?)which i called and it is there basic phone recording. The bottom line is they are not looking into anything. There return post makes it sound like they will do something about my return to make them look good. Again, just because you have a valid receipt at Lowes doesn't mean they will return your money.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
