- NDNatasha DurelNov 24, 20251.0This place is a SCAM with fake good reviews- filter carefully as you read through. Besides my break in there have been MULTIPLE throughout the years. My storage unit got broken into in August and it is now January and there has been no resolve. Regional managers refuse to cooperate via email and this facility hung up on me and refused to take responsibility. They also did not follow any timely or proper protocol and repeatedly ignored the fact that I was not in town to be able to address this. Very negligent and dismissive staff, they blamed wiring around their perimeter when my unit was inside so likely just not secured properly. If your unit does get broken into they will make an experience to receive any sort of acknowledgment or accountability a nightmare and a half for you. When you don’t follow protocol, you put your customers at risk and negligence voids any “storage at your own risk” nonsense they try to pull. I have no other words than this was a shady way for them to go about their affairs and I am currently after 6 of communications with regional and corporate, am escalating for more accountability and visibility. If you read the reviews they have multiple break ins throughout years and how convenient they try to claim no accountability. They have also sent my key to my storage unit to the wrong location and I get notifications that I am overdue for my storage unit and then I call and they say it’s fine and not. Another update is when you call, they will get easily angered by you stating the truth and try to brush you off to another professional. It’s never in their hands on a store level or even regional. The 6 month run around on their behalf has been embarassing to watch. Watch out and store elsewhere
