The mission of the Customer Service Department is:
“To assist and communicate in a timely and professional manner while facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to customer issues and concerns.”
Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments, establishing & discontinuing service, maintaining customer billing accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
The department is staffed by a 15-member, professionally trained team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all the rate payers of the District.

I showed up at the office and the very nice receptionist put me into contact with operations. Everyone was very helpful, kind,and very courteous. After a field visit with two very nice young field techs, we discovered the issue and can now can move forward. Thank you LEVMWD

I recently drained and refilled my pool water. I then had to drain again the next day due to an unforseen plaster failure. Went to their office and was helped with a form to fill out so as to get some sort if credit. Jacoby was amazing to work with. Very helpfull and also identified the fact that I had other water leaks besides the pool to address. Once I fixed everything, he processed my application and gave me a credit of more than $200 toward my bill.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I have been in Elsinore for years and never had a problem till now. I moved to my new house 1st of this year and when I transferred my account they said no deposit was needed. I get a $259 bill so I called and they said they made a mistake and didn’t take into account my payment from my other house. They came back on the phone and now said that was fixed but now I owe $359 because NOW THE SUPERVISOR WANTS A DEPOSIT. Elsinore has management issues, all they want is MONEY!!!!

Make sure you dont have your water service interrupted. They charged $45 to reconnect and a $250 deposit. Least understanding utility around. Fall behind on other bills not your water bill.
