The mission of the Customer Service Department is: “To assist and communicate in a timely and professional manner while facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to customer issues and concerns.” Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments, establishing & discontinuing service, maintaining customer billing accounts and responding to customer inquiries. The department is staffed by a 15-member, professionally trained team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all the rate payers of the District.     I recently drained and refilled my pool water. I then had to drain again the next day due to an unforseen plaster failure. Went to their office and was helped with a form to fill out so as to get some sort if credit. Jacoby was amazing to work with. Very helpfull and also identified the fact that I had other water leaks besides the pool to address. Once I fixed everything, he processed my application and gave me a credit of more than $200 toward my bill. Thank you Jacoby and the staff.

    $7.00 of actual water use...$68.00 total bill..One person household, No grass, no trees, terrible water pressure..Keep up the great service and valve to your customers!!!

    WORST customer service. Called about water quality concerns at 9:26 am. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. Called again around 12:30 pm to follow up. I was told that the help ticket wasn't submitted until 11:30 and that I would get a call when the water quality people got off lunch. Still no call so I called back after 3:00 pm. Finally got a call about 15 minutes later and was told they would send someone TOMORROW! Are you kidding me. I called in the morning. My family and I don't know what contaminants could be causing the discoloration so we can't take a shower and we are using bottled water to wash hand, dishes, and brush teeth. VERY BAD customer service.

    Very expensive! ..on vacation for 10 days and my water bill was even more then the month before?! There is Never a time when I walk in there and someone is complaining about there bill being so much.. unhappy costumer and there’s nothing they can do, you have to over pay what they say it is :(
