Utility Company
The mission of the Customer Service Department is:
“To assist and communicate in a timely and professional manner while facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to customer issues and concerns.”
Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments, establishing & discontinuing service, maintaining customer billing accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
The department is staffed by a 15-member, professionally trained team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all the rate payers of the District.

- MHM H3 days ago5.0Thank you Elsinore Valley Municipal water District for having a program that allows residents of Lake Elsinore ca, to receive free energy saving toilets, faucets parts, shower heads, a/c system maintenance with new blower motor’s and new thermostats. Jonathan Taylor, the technician with the synergy company has done an excellent job with installing and performing these different tasks. Thank you Jonathan, Much appreciated!
