On location, Deserie welcomed me in from the storm with such calm collected energy, I was able to clear my thoughts and ground my feet. We determined the right size unit for my estimated need, and she even walked me through the building to show me different options until we found the storage unit that spoke to me. Deserie’s patience is well trained, she provided me with alternate solutions/storage units in case of future adjustments, and solidified my confidence in choosing my Extra Space Storage location.
