- TST SOct 9, 20251.0Worst quality. Got cut at my finger once take a key from machine. Must be closed until fix this machine.

Finally on the fourth it accepted….BUT Previous transactions had not been canceled and I ended up with three keys. The Walmart manager said that they were good at giving refunds to call them so I did. They told me that Organization they do not have the ability to issue refunds and that their computer shows transactions were not canceled. She denied that there was a cancel button on the machine. Needless to say, I ended up with two extra keys that I do not need. she offered me a coupon for a free key. Are you kidding me? NEVER AGAIN!!! Customer service is overseas! NO STARS!! The Walmart manager is calling the company to complain.

We called in for repairs and no one came by to fix it, we said here 3 nights. And the temperature here was really cold. The TV did not work well, no microwave or small fridge and with kids that is needed. (Only good thing was)->The cleaning lady was great and really helpful..
