  I work as a technician, and I came to this location after receiving a work order from the corporate office. My manager instructed me to verify the site, take a few required photos, and confirm that everything was in proper condition. Instead of simply explaining that nothing needed to be serviced, the staff reacted in an extremely unprofessional and hostile manner. One of the employees refused to let me inside, blocked access, and would not allow me to take even a single photo of the ceiling. A blonde woman started raising her voice at me for no reason, behaving in a way that was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. The entire interaction crossed personal boundaries and made it impossible to complete a straightforward task. I have visited many similar stores, and the service was always excellent — polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, this particular location had a shift of employees who acted irrationally and made the environment extremely unpleasant. Their behavior does not reflect the standards of the company and should be addressed by management immediately

  So disappointing how expensive everything was, just to end up with poor workmanship and fabric that does not wear as promised. Nice people though…
