- CMCreighton MullikinMar 14, 20241.0BUYERS BEWARE!!! WARNING IF YOU BLINDS, PAY FOR THEM! DONT EXPECT TO GET THEM. My widowed sister ordered blinds for her windows and skylights back in August of 2023, paid for the in August. The installer showed up with the blinds, installed what he could. The ones for the skylight were made wrong. Reordered, so they said! Well here it is the middle of March 2024 and still no shades. We have left repeated messages for Ed the Owner to call us, no response. Oh by the way, this business doesn’t exist! When you call, it’s an answering service. Go to their address and guess what? No Budget Blinds business or storefront. Next is the Better Business Bureau and our Attorney. Hopefully it will put him out of business, so that he doesn’t rip off anyone else.

I personally recommend the strawberries and whipped cream waffle and the lavender latte but everything else is also really good!! AND OMG THE STAFF IS SO NICE WKSHDKAKSBS

When we weren't happy with the first two shades, Maya suggested a different style, and we are so happy with the new shade. We were told that our money would be refunded if we couldn't find a shade that we liked. Maya and the installation crew, who came out four times, showed us nothing but courtesy and respect. A special shout out to Mike, our main installation person, for his kindness and reassurance that he only wanted us to be completely satisfied. Maya gave us the same assurance. I recommend this company.
