    Can I give more than 5 stars? We used Kustom Locksmith Service, S.C.S.C. when we first moved in a few years ago. Excellent service. So, no doubt, we kept their business card. Today, I locked myself out. Called Kustom Locksmith Service immediately and they answered right away. Told me that they could have someone here in about 30 minutes....music to my ears!! (Thank God.) Al arrived and is one of the most friendly and professional vendors we've ever interacted with -- ever. His work was very transparent, as he explained to us precisely what was going to happen with "this" type of lock on the door and what would be involved with getting the situation remedied. My husband went to our nearby Home Depot to get the same doorknob and we asked if Al could come by a short time later. He did, as it was no problem. We are so RELIEVED and grateful that we have these guys as our "go-to" as a high quality, professional, timely, and affordable vendor. We did not find the service call and work involved "outrageously" priced...it was rather reasonable. So, thank you Al and thank you SCSC (Laguna Hills location) ! :)

    I had a deadbolt in a double door that wouldn’t line up with the strike plate when the weather changed. I took it into the Laguna Hills store, and the expert there informed me that it wasn’t a strike plate, it belonged on the deadbolt side. He couldn’t find a replacement, but with his info, I was encouraged to dig through the parts I saved from our original deadbolt and used that strike plate. Excellent service.
