He introduced himself,welcomed me and let me know the lock would be inside the unit and if I needed anything to give him a call and he would take care of it. Sure enough, the light inside the unit wasn't working so reached out to Juan and he had a guy out there the following day to replace it. Very impressive store, very impressive managment.
