  We visited the La Quinta store today, from the time we walked in the energy was off. Sales rep did not greet us, although we were the only customers there, didn’t have a name tag, but a red tattoo was visible in the neck area. We asked for pool vacuum cleaners and the rep pointed to the area instead of showing us what they had. She/He wasn’t helpful at all, poor customer service skills, huge lack of communication skills, acted like she/he cared less if we purchased anything, not sure why Leslie’s pool will hire people that don’t want to be there in the first place. So, we walked out and headed to Leslie’s in Cathedral City store, now David at that store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased the Polaris Maxx with other items. Highly recommend for sale rep to get some training in customer service. Also, businesses thrive on sales, and the only way customers will come back is if they have a great experience with the purchase.

  My sister and I went into pool supply looking for tri chlor powder. At first it didn't seem as if there was any and yah girl Emily found some hidden in the back!! We are here out of town prepping for the Coachella festival and this was the highlight of our day! The pool at our resort needs some of Leslie's supplies. Thank you Emily for being kind to us and helping us out. Highly recommend and Emily needs a raise !

  They had our pool vacuum for a month and still never looked at to see what the problem might be. We went to the store to pick it up, to take somewhere else and they tried to give us someone else’s pool pump. Very poor customer service.

  The staff here blew me away. I was drawn to the store by an item they had at their location. Rob greeted me at the door and his knowledge and his candor were what impressed me the most. To be honest, he tried to warn me off about the item I was there to buy, telling me customers had been returning it, nearly every time. Unfortunately, I was in a situation where I had to at least TRY the item. Turns out, he was completely right amd the item was not a quality product. When I called to explain the situation, Chris was more than helpful to assist and empathized with us. He told us to come to the store and see him. We did and he was again, very helpful. You have earned a customer because of Rob and Chris.
