My wife and I had a negative experience turn into a wonderful experience yesterday. There are many moving parts, but the short version is….my wife and I went to pick up our custom sliding glass door so it could be installed. The easiest and most logical way to load the sliding glass door into the trailer was originally NOT approved by Lowe’s employee.After going back-and-forth, to no avail, we were fortunate enough to be introduced to the store manager Myrna. Myrna was more than willing to help us find a solution. She listened and was so empathetic to our situation. Now enter Arlen one of Myrna’s assistant managers. With his help we were able to come up with a great solution to our challenging issue. Before Myrna came into the picture, I was prepared to return the $5000 sliding glass door and start all over somewhere else. After Myrna and Arlen came into the picture we all work together to find a solution. I am a business owner myself, and this may be one of the best Customer Service experiences I have ever been a part of. Thank you, Myrna and Arlen!!! Lowe’s you have two incredible team members running your store in La Quinta!!!

Came in searching for a particular light for outdoor use that was not LED due to restrictions on switch. Bradley helped me discover the future was to replace the switch, that accommodates LED instead of trying to find incandescent light bulbs. He was very helpful and instead of just telling me the aisle where the switches were, he walked me over and helped me make the right choice. He is a great addition to the Lowe’s at La Quinta and should the service continue like this recommend them. Thanks Bradley and thanks Lowe’s.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
