  We came in today to purchase a mattress, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the experience! David was such a kind and helpful salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different models of mattresses, and it was clear how much attention, engineering, and hard work went into their design and construction. The model we chose, the hybrid continental II, was so comfortable we almost fell asleep in the store! The warranty on the mattress will last 10 years, which is reassuring as well. Even the mattress protector has a built in warranty, where if the mattress beneath it stains, they replace the whole mattress for free! We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to sleeping well! Many thanks to David and the Ortho Mattress team.

  My boyfriend and I saw this place after leaving mattress firm a little disappointed. We didn’t think we’d be able to afford a mattress from this place but we pulled over anyways. David helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable, direct, and helpful. We ended up getting our new mattress and are very excited. 10/10 recommend this family owned business if you’re looking for a mattress.

  I purchased a king-size mattress during a sale from this location. The sales experience itself was fine, and the mattress was marked down approximately 20%. The salesperson stated that Ortho honors a one-time comfort exchange within a designated time period. We ended up needing a slightly softer mattress and took advantage of this exchange. At no point during the sales process was it mentioned that, if an exchange occurred, we would be responsible for paying the non-sale price. This omission was extremely misleading, though I initially let it slide. Fast forward six months, and the Aireloom mattress is now sagging severely. I scheduled a warranty inspection, which involved a third-party inspector placing an arbitrarily light amount of weight on the mattress and measuring the resulting depression. In other words, the warranty inspection process is designed to ignore how a mattress actually performs under real body weight. Warranty claims are only honored if the visible depression exceeds 1.5 inches, a standard that fails to capture issues with coil support, uneven sagging, or the way the mattress supports an actual human body. To make matters worse, the mattress manufacturer shifts all warranty responsibility to the retailer, rendering any “lifetime” or “10-year” warranty essentially meaningless in practice. Do not support Ortho Mattress. I don’t mind paying premium prices when real customer service stands behind the product, but that is not the case here. Ortho has been dishonest and dismissive, and my experience aligns with the numerous complaints listed on the BBB.

  From the moment I walked in I was treated condescendingly by the salesperson. He didn’t take any of my comments seriously and just wanted to make a sale on the spot. No effort was made to explain the different models or what I was looking at. I would never recommend this location to anyone looking for a mattress.
