Unit is efficient, makes keys that work each and every time and are made relatively quickly. It is a mechanical process, so it takes a bit longer than advertised. I find using the kiosk that gives a consistent quality of key is a better use of my time than running to a locksmith or other key service that has key making as a sideline business. The time factor is important to me, so is convenience.
