He installed them in a timely manner & did an excellent job. I contacted him a month later with some minor adjustments needed for the vertical blinds, which he did the next day. He did a great job.

However, the newer product line we chose did not process the order as specified and the installed blinds were not acceptable....at all. The owner, Russ, wholly agreed and replaced the blinds, using a reliable company. It didn't help that our office building has crooked walls with odd window issues! It was not an easy task, but he did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Thanks Russ!
