Not only did he enter in over 30 SKUs manually, he did this while greeting every guest coming into the store. He was kind and professional and made me feel like he valued my business. I’ll be back for more holiday gifts!

I wish I had gotten her name, but she had red hair and glasses. She was the only one up there, and my husband and I had three bags of coffee we needed to purchase. She looked annoyed that we wanted to check out, and instead started paging for another employee to come up and relieve her because she had to go get some change or some stupid thing. When her coworker arrived midway through our transaction, she started talking to him and acted like we weren’t even there. She barely spoke to us and handed me my receipt without saying thank you. I just think it’s inexcusable that you can’t provide basic customer service anymore.
