My first contact was with their designer/sales rep, Kathy Mays. She came to my office very prepared and offered suggestions that I ended up following for solar shades for my office. Their price and customer service were outstanding, and I liked that they have a local installer (Rusty) to do the install. I highly recommend Kathy and Stoneside.

I called Kathy and explained that I would prefer to go with her company (due to how impressed I was with her), but asked if there was any way to lower the cost to make it more competitive. The other companies were not nearly as professional. The communication was haphazard and the employees giving the quotes were unprofessional. She worked with us and although it was still more expensive, it was more in line with the other quotes. Ultimately, you do get what you pay for. I was very happy with the end result. They were very professional and kept us informed at every turn. The blinds look fabulous!
