The store was empty and still, no one offered to help my wife and I. We were looking to purchase a new refrigerator today, but not a single employee asked if we needed help. A few walked by us, but none of them bothered to ask us if they could help, or get someone to help. Lowes just lost atleast, $2,500 for poor customer service

Sending thanks to Lowe's garden department employee Rudy today. Feel like Lowe's at this location has more choice of garden rock/pavers and that's what I came in for today. Unfortunately I was bit over ambitious on how much I can move large concrete pavers by myself and Rudy saw and immediately offered to help even without having to ask. Thank you for your kindness and appreciate the pricing on garden items. Will be happy to return in near future for more items for my backyard. And yes, I will try to ask for help before I decide to move heavy items by myself as recommended. :)

Hi. I hope you’re having a nice day. By the way, if you prefer to keep it that way and you come to this Lowe’s and see a cashier by the name of “Melinda,” just go to another cashier or self check out. Things that come to mind after coming in contact with her, cold, emotionless, unwilling to be helpful and made me feel like I am doing something wrong. I usually don’t leave many negative reviews and I love shopping at Lowe’s and my experiences for the most part are delightful, but I would suggest that a manager, one who cares, just to have a positive talk with her to restore her customer service skills! This is my way of providing the store and the company / culture to remain on top, which I believe they are one of the greatest out there… I’d even say close to that of Trader Joe’s. Hope that she was just having a bad day and decided to give me her bad attitude and no one else. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Have a great day!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
