    Very poor service. I bought a faucet. When I got open the box it had not only the wrong faucet but a used faucet. When I went to exchange the the faucet and gave them my phone for easy exchange and returns they said I need a hard copy of receipt. Whats the point of giving my phone number if that is not good enough for an exchange? So not only do they ripe you off my selling you iteams they have taken returns on but did not inspect the iteam to protect their customers, but than when you call them they say that the system they wanted you to sign up for doesn't allow exchanges. Sound like complete BS.

    What was supposed to be an easy warranty through craftsman in Lowes became a shameful blame the customer ordeal, finally was requested to call craftsman directly and to stop bothering the Lowes management.

    While doing a project recently, I have been converted to a Lowes fan. I used to shop at the other large home center because it was closer, but found that they were lacking in certain hardware and often, lack of help. Lowes, however, had everything I needed. From lumber to plumbing replacement water faucet valves. And even other hardware. And another very big plus!!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks

    This is the 2nd Lowe's store I am writing a review about. I had my carpet measured and went to store to see choices for carpet and flooring. The guy in the area was so uninterested in working. He brought another woman. They told me I have to go to the store I ordered the measuring from. No interest in helping at all. I went to Lowe's. Why does it matter? I walked away so frustrated and went to Home Depot to order my flooring. I bought my other items from Amazon. Lowe's need to go to require their employees to go to Trader Joe's to learn about customer service. As an investor, I would not own Lowe's. Home Depot, Amazon yes. Lowe's, poorly managed.
