We went into a home improvement store uncertain and ended up walking out feeling like part of the family. There is not a lot of people like him in the world anymore, therefore we will always go to that Lowe's location!

It’s frustrating because I was dealing with a plumbing and not being able to get someone to help you only adds fuel to the fire. I chose this store over the competitor and I’m so upset I did. I now drive farther to avoid this store unless I need something simple like cleaning supplies or paint.

Sometimes you find the plant you needed without looking and sometimes, it’s just nice to walk around and get away from the hustle bustle. Also, the folks working here have always been super helpful and patient. Never a bad experience when speaking to someone here.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
