  I am disappointed and discouraged to have been approached by an employee that he would offer me his discount. It was a Sunday morning and I was in the bedroom section when he spoke to me. I am appalled that I didn’t look rich enough to make purchases at an outlet. I overheard him telling another person this too and he gave his phone number to the person. I too ask the lady if he in fact gave her his number and she showed me his number. All I know is that his last 4 number ends with 7663 because she showed it to me so quickly. I hope by writing this the manager will take this seriously. I am embarrassed and will never shop at this location.

  First time shopping here and could not be happier with our experience. As soon as we walked in, the store manager, Johnny, warmly greeted us while he was in the middle of assisting other clients. He made sure to come find us after he finished and was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, we found our dream dining table. The entire team at RH from Johnny to the reps (Ryan) were helpful, courteous and professional.
