  We needed a new mattress, and Steve was so helpful, friendly and informative! We ended up buying the mattress we wanted. Steve made the whole experience very easy ( no pressure). We highly recommend Ortho mattress!

  Thomas at Ortho Mattress was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various mattress options without overwhelming us. You can tell he really understands his products and genuinely wants to help customers find the right fit. What we appreciated most was that Thomas was friendly and approachable, but never pushy. He gave us the space to try out different mattresses while still being available to answer all our questions. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. We also scored an amazing deal during the Presidents’ Day weekend sale, which made the purchase even better. On top of that, delivery was quick and seamless. If you’re shopping at Ortho Mattress, definitely ask for Thomas—you’ll be in great hands!
