The rental process was quick and easy, and I had full access to my storage unit in no time. Customer service was excellent and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

If issues arise, which they will, you can contact the company and they will help you quickly. I had an Irvine location and when I had an issue closing the unit, I contacted the company, a lovely man named T arrived quickly to check it out, researched what to do, realized what the error was and helped me fix it within 2 days. He was a superstar and I would use these storage units again if in need.
