  We recently had Lightening Bolt Carpet Cleaning come out to clean our 3 bedrooms + office carpets + sectional + recliner and 4 dining room chairs and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Mark was professional and genuinely cared about delivering top-notch service. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. We’re finishing up a year long home renovation and our sectional and dining chairs have taken the brunt of living in our garage during construction. After the cleaning, everything looks brand new—no dust, dirt, or stains, just spotless and pristine.   Before the holidays we wanted to get our couches and rugs cleaned. Going to Yelp, we found Lightning Bolt Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and its exclusively positive and enthusiastic reviews. We called and set a date. Mark and his crew arrived promptly and ready to work. They did an outstanding job on our two Pottery Barn sofas, cushions, and pillows and on one of the Pottery Barn area rugs. The other rug had some weird streaks perhaps, Mark said, because the damp weather kept it from drying consistently or evenly. The crew went over the carpet a second and third time that same day without any improvement. Not pleased, Mark took the rug with him to clean it again until it looked right--and it came back this morning looking great! We are very pleased not only with the results but also by Mark's work ethic, his high standards, and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. Both this level of professionalism and this concern about the quality of his work are rare and very impressive these days. We highly recommend Mark and his Lightning Bolt team for your upholstery and carpet cleaning needs. We will definitely book them again!

  Mark came with his staff and cleaned my carpet which hadn’t been cleaned professionally since we moved in 12 years ago . Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

  All this rain is causing a lot of mud and dirt getting dragged through the house. Once this storm passes, I'm calling Mark! He will always provide a quick and thorough carpet cleaning at a really reasonable cost.
