I expected my rent to go up but not DOUBLE in 4 months!!!! No notification. I did not receive one call, text, letter nor email. My guess is that they’ll tell me they mailed me but how convenient considering I get every email about a payment but they chose to only mail me a notice about an increase. Calling BS. So guess what I’ll be doing this weekend before Christmas. Closing two units I have, I do not care if I have to throw every thing away. What I pay and have paid I could have bought everything in there twice over already.
