    We enjoyed keeping our RV in this nice, clean storage yard. We moved out because they raised the rent twice a year. When we moved out Tim, in the office, was very helpful with the paperwork and planning the move out date.

    I’ve used many different storage facilities over the years and Extra Space is by far the best. Always clean, safe and accessible. They raise rates like every place does but not egregiously, and they reached a cap they didn’t go above. Highly recommend .

    Headline: 132% Rent Hike in 2 Years from Irvine Company Portfolio Site, Despite Maintenance Failures "I am sharing my history to warn others about the predatory pricing at this facility, which is part of the Irvine Company's storage portfolio. My rent has more than doubled in just over two years, yet the quality continues to decline: Oct 2023: 1st month rented Feb 2024: 26% jump after 4 months May 2025: 16% jump (15 months later) Jan 2026: Nearly 60% jump (only 8 months later) The total increase is a staggering 132% since I started. This level of aggressive pricing is entirely unjustified given the condition of the property: Broken Amenities: The bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the 2960 Annex have been out of service for almost the entire two years I have been a tenant. In my opinion, this isn't a long-term repair issue; it feels like they are intentionally cutting maintenance costs to pad their bottom line while still charging us premium rates. Remote Management & Neglect: My unit is at the 2960 Warner Ave Annex, which is run from the main office across the street at 2965 Warner Ave. Because there is no staff in this building, it feels completely neglected. Parking Gridlock & Difficult Access: There are only four legal parking spaces total (two at Section A and two at Section B) for a massive 3-story building. I often sit and wait for a space to open up just so I can begin the long trek to my unit, which is located way in the back and is very difficult to reach. Location Stench: The proximity to the dump means the stench is frequently overwhelming while you are trying to move your items. It is clear that the Irvine Company prioritizes profit over basic property upkeep and accessibility. Be prepared for relentless price jumps even as the facility is allowed to fall into disrepair."
