  Working with Nery (the owner) and his team at Nitido was a breeze from beginning to end. Nery was responsive, detailed in his explanations, and did not charge me a cent more than his initial estimate. He was also very upfront about what equipment I actually needed, versus what equipment was “optional.” A few times he even gave me options for cheaper brands that could still get my objectives accomplished. This showed me that Nery takes a long-term view of client relationships. He didn’t try to upsell or bs me — he took care of me, and from beginning to end it took only a couple of weeks.
