Not to mention how expensive they were. The keys were made visibly different and of course, I was upset. I called the number and got a love voice who assured me that although they were different, they would still work. She was very friendly and reassuring. She was aware that the keys were different and explained that they were made according to factory specs. She was so kind and patient. I got home & the keys worked just fine.
