This store is the worst in customer service. I went in looking for a toilet cleaner brush. 3 staff directed me to places that were not right. One didn't even care. They seem to be busy to help customers. I got frustrated and left. Never coming back to this store.

Went to Lowe's to purchase plants 🪴 for office. Tiffany was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond in answering all my questions. She even carried a huge plant to checkout for me. Service was amazing 👏

Bottom Line: The culture at Lowes is cold, like I'm inconveniencing them. In my experience the employees lack experience and knowledge of the trades and products. Worse, it feels like they are focused on collecting a paycheck rather than part of a team to help people build things and fix things. Home improvement and remodels are lot of fun, unless you talk to employees at Lowes.
Specifically I had a problems with one employee over several interactions over many visits. He's the very not-in-shape employee with glasses and hearing aides in millworks (windows/doors). He's nice pleasant enough, but that guy doesn't know the products, makes up answers, doesn't offer to help without strong encouragement, and doesn't have a clue as to how to use the products in his department. He's your basic inattentive button pusher in one of the most complex gotta-get-it-right-the-first-time departments at the store. That's the best Lowes can do. Wow.
I really want to like Lowes. I like how large the store is. I really like how clean and organized it is. I like ordering online and picking up things. Returns are easy. I'm a Pro Member and I do a lot of work across several properties, currently wrapping up my third remodel in 5 months. But almost every interaction I have with an employee at Lowes just doesn't go right. I sense tension with a lot of the employees. I rarely find someone with a good attitude. It wasn't always like this, but something is different lately. It's like the place is rotting.
All good I guess, there are plenty of other hardware stores and trade specialty stores with friendly employees. Obviously, Home Depot, but also Ferguson, Ganahl, Harbor Freight, Ace, and more. So long Lowes... maybe it was never meant to be between us.

Lowe’s arranged a refrigerator technician to come to my home for service, this technician was the rudest man,, he came in with an attitude like we had no input and just listen to him! When he was starting to look in refrigerator he yelled at my husband and told him ‘ not to stand behind him” my husband was not standing behind him, he was standing on side a few feet away but this man kept insisting that my husband was behind him. He repeated himself several times till he yelled to us that if we didn’t listen to him, he would leave, my husband was fed up with his rude attitude and told him to go ahead and leave. He left and our refrigerator was not fixed. Please Lowe’s do better with your contract technicians, this does not look good on your end!

Went to the spring event to claim my rewards gift and then shop for some items that I needed for a house project. Decided to get in line for the gift first, and was waiting for my turn with the QR code on my phone ready to scan. The older lady who was scanning the QR codes was SO rude to me when it didn't scan. She literally was holding the scanner in the air like she was fishing, and then had the audacity to say "your account expired". How does a reward email expire? You can have the same account for years as long as you don't change anything in it! She told me to step aside to fix the issue, and I was asking her to scan it again. She told me to "get out of the line, you are blocking the line", so she could continue with the people behind me. Meanwhile, I was seeing her allow people to cut at the front as long as they stuck a phone in her face, since one person of their group was in line while the rest waited at the front with their phones. Might I add this was possibly racially motivated, since I am not Caucasian and the people repeatedly cutting were Caucasian like she was? I refreshed the code just to make her happy and got back in the line, but the second time around she did the same thing and I told her to scan it again. Fourth time later, apparently it scanned and she allowed me to get the spring gift by simply pointing at the table without communication. Definitely will not be back to this location in a long time.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
