Customer service is terrible. I requested a return, but they said I need a return authorization from the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer said they only provide it to the dealer. Basically, Lowe’s and Whirlpool keep passing me back and forth. This is my first time buying here and it will definitely be my last. The service is extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional.

I would be embarrassed to say I worked at the pro desk. I asked a question and it was like I was interrupting a coffee break. Then after their attempt to make me feel stupid they told me where I might find what I needed. Then I had some tile in my cart got the receipt out to verify it was the right tile, but I couldn't find tell. Instead of scanning it he took the next customer. Went back to tile, no one there. Asked an employee if if there was anyone in tile, he ignored me and walked on. Went to floor and decor and was helped immediately. In and out in minutes.

They always have what I am looking for and if I can't find it there are alot of helpful people who make you feel like they truly enjoy helping and who seem to know where everything is.

Sam Castro at the Pro Desk is a real asset to the Lowe's family of stores. Very experienced and professional. Made our large purchase a delight and offered savings wherever he could. I'm a regular customer for life.

What a terrible customer service ever, staff here is super inattentive, rude, and don’t even try to help I arrived at 8:00 PM and asked a staff member for a blind cut. I understand that it wasn’t his department, but the least he could have done was respond politely, something like, “Sure, let me find someone to help you.” Instead, he didn’t say anything and just walked away while continuing to use his device, leaving me standing there. Later, another staff member came over and asked whether I wanted him to cut the blinds or wait for the person from the blinds section after his break. Since my dad speaks Vietnamese, we chose to wait for the Vietnamese staff member. We waited for 30 minutes, and no one came to help us. I tried to look for assistance, but the staff seemed to intentionally avoid us. I understand the store closes at 9:00 PM, but that doesn’t excuse not doing your job. After waiting so long, we finally went to ask what was going on. Only then were we told that they thought the blind cutter was on break — but in reality, he had already gone home. At the very least, they should have informed us instead of making us wait. Extremely disappointing experience The management need to take customer service more seriously, the lack of service will affect the business
