  I live close by and needed a unit for my company. I met Moses who showed me the options and shared the promotions they had which kept me in budget - win! Everyone who works here is helpful, friendly, and organized. It feels safe, clean and I'm 100% comfortable having business packages delivered here. It feels secure with the code and lock entrance, ample parking with high clearance for taller vehicles and complimentary push carts and tea/coffee and friendly lobby conversation make for such a pleasant experience. There is a bathroom on -site and if you need after hours support there is a paid option which was helpful for our occasional business needs.

  Moses at SoCal in Hollywood and his staff did a wonderful job storing my sister's California stored items for many years. After my sister died in May of last year they made the transfer of ownership of the unit to me as the Executor a very easy process and Mosis and Doris were very helpful last week as we did our removal process from the unit and transport to our unit in Missouri. Doris and Moses are the best.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with SoCal Storage. Moses and Jesse in the office provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time — genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the process. What could have been a routine paperwork check-in ended up being the highlight of my day. They made everything feel easy, welcoming, and stress-free, and I left feeling taken care of rather than rushed. It’s rare to come across people who are both this competent and this kind. Huge thanks to Moses and Jesse for making the experience such a positive one. Highly recommend.
