  Heard about this place online, wanted to view the size of the unit in person. Gill took care of us and gave us a tour of some of the units we had in mind. Thankful for the experience of doing business here.

  I did my storage reservation and Gil was awesome in helping me sign up. He was patient in showing me all the storage sizes on the first floor which was my preference. He stayed late for me without hesitation and without rushing me. Thank you Gil for excellent customer service.

  Ellyse, at Greenspot in Highland CA Location is a pleasure to work with. I originally rented a unit at another ExtraSpace Storage location on Palm in Highland CA last Friday. It didn’t work out at that location, for what I needed. I called in over the weekend with questions and concerns regarding the rental space i currently had and spoke with Ellyse, she recommended this location on Greenspot, was a brand new ExtraSpace Storage facility that just opened up and it offers Climate Control Units. I came in person to check out this new facility on Greenspot in Highland CA, today after calling in yesterday and I had the pleasure of speaking with Gil, he verified availability for climate control units were available. He wasn’t in when I came in today. Gil, was also such a joy and pleasure to speak with at this Greenspot location. What a pleasant surprise, was Welcomed by Ellyse, she was at this location today, I was so happy to have finally met her after we spoke on the phone this past weekend. She helped me check out of my current new unit space I already rented at their other location on Palm, Successfully. She made the transition of renting my new space at Greenspot location so easy, and such a joy to talk to. Ellyse, listened to all my needs, answered all my questions. She, ensured all my storage concerns were met, from the unit size I needed to my primary concerns with climate control. She is very knowledgeable, and provided specific facility Information i needed. I Highly Recommend to anyone needing storage solutions to visit this new facility location at Greenspot in Highland CA. They have only been open for a few weeks a beautiful facility. I would also, like to add, Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and assistance received at this new facility. I am happy to confirm, I was able to access the gate entrance and exited easily, using Bluetooth capabilities from my iPhone, Successfully! Very Nice Feature!
