Hours went by and the contractor was contacted and they stated that they were no longer coming. If I never contacted them they would’ve never said anything. I then contacted Lowe’s about the contractor they sent over here that broke the window worse and Lowe’s stated that we would now need a full window replacement and they will call with further information. It has been 5 business days and I can’t get in contact with Lowe’s and they have not bothered to give me an update. Very unprofessional. Please if anyone has any suggestions of a contractor that can do the job please let me know. This experience has been unprofessional and draining. It’s too cold for a window to be left this way.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
